Job Summary
The Revenue Enablement Lead, Professional Services is a strategic partner to the Professional Services organization, responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs that support our Solutions Deployment Managers (SDMs), Technical Deployment Managers (TDMs), Project Managers, and Advisors. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can drive projects to completion and serve as a critical liaison between the Professional Services team and the broader business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the entire Professional Services team. This includes creating training on technical skills, product knowledge, and communication strategies.
