Revenue Director | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya We are currently looking for a Revenue Director for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya (pre-opening).
This is a critical leadership role within a luxury environment, ideal for a strategic and commercially driven professional who can lead revenue strategy, drive performance, and shape the property's success from pre-opening through stabilization.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality
Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable
Experience:
5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably luxury resorts or all-inclusive properties
Previous experience in a leadership role (Revenue Manager / Director level)
Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
Proven track record in driving revenue performance, forecasting, pricing, and demand optimization
