Revenue Director | Grand Hyatt Los Cabos We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the hotel's overall revenue strategy, optimizing performance, and maximizing profitability across all segments in a dynamic resort environment.
Profile:
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality
▪️ Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable
Experience:
▪️ 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably large-scale resorts or all-inclusive properties
▪️ Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategy
▪️ Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing
Technical Skills:
▪️ Expertise in RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.)
