Revenue Controller (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Controller to oversee grant accounting, financial compliance, accounts receivable, and financial reporting across multiple entities, including educational and nonprofit organizations.

This role plays a key part in safeguarding revenue streams, ensuring compliance with grant and funding requirements, and supporting strong financial controls. The Revenue Controller will also supervise a small team and help drive continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Grant Management & Accounting

• Oversee financial reporting for all grant‑funded activities
• Monitor grant budgets and spending trends
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grantor requirements
• Prepare month‑end close entries related to grants (allocations, accruals, indirect costs)
• Serve as financial liaison for grant reporting and monitoring
