Revenue Audit (Truck Trips)

The Revenue Audit Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of revenue and cost reporting, including trip validation, liquidation monitoring, and profitability analysis. The role focuses on identifying negative or low‑margin trips, ensuring timely submission of liquidation, and supporting management with reliable P&L insights for decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Trip Audit

• Review and validate all trips to ensure complete and accurate revenue recognition.
• Cross‑check DR, IER, gatepass, and billing documents against actual operations.
• Ensure all trips are properly recorded and billed.

Trip Liquidation Monitoring

• Ensure timely submission of trip liquidation from Operations.
• Validate liquidation completeness (receipts, allowances, fuel, tolls).
• Track and follow up on all pending or overdue liquidations.
