Are you ready to get in on the ground floor of Project Kuiper, Amazon’s long-term initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world? It’s Day 1 for Amazon’s next billion-dollar business and we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Accounting Manager to work in a start-up environment who is passionate about space, technology and bringing broadband internet to unserved and unserved communities.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.
- Execute judgment and ensure the right decisions are reached to accurately report financial results.
- Research, conclude and memorialize technical accounting position papers pertaining to new business initiatives and complex arrangements/transactions.
