We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Actuarial team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Gurugram / Noida / Mumbai . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking actuarial professionals to join our Retirement / Pension Actuarial practice. This role supports global pension and employee benefit clients across the US, UK, and Canada. You will collaborate closely with onshore consulting teams to deliver high-quality actuarial valuations, funding certifications, accounting disclosures (e.g., ASC 715, IAS 19), and strategic advisory support.
We will count on you to:
Perform actuarial valuations for defined benefit and other employee benefit plans across multiple geographies.
Conduct data validation, baseline setup, liability calculations, and gain & loss analysis.
