About the role

• The Retention Specialist (Proactive & Operations) is responsible for preventing occupant departures before they materialise. Unlike reactive retention, this role proactively contacts current CDA tenants — without waiting for a notice to be submitted — to detect dissatisfaction early, resolve issues before they escalate, and build lasting relationships that improve occupancy stability.
