THE ROLE
Execute daily CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, and Whats App to drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention. You will own campaign execution end-to-end and track weekly and monthly retention cohort performance (M1, M2+) to surface what's working and what's not.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Campaign Execution
• Set up and launch daily CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, Whats App) on Web Engage and Kwik Engage.
• Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys — welcome, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, and more.
• QA all campaigns before launch: segment accuracy, copy, links, and rendering across devices.
• Coordinate with the creative team to get campaign assets on time.
Retention Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report weekly campaign performance: open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue attributed.
