Lead the training teams to execute the training initiatives (both classrooms and e-Learnings) including but not limited to retail expansion, talent development, product launching, etc. Perform TNA and identify the gaps and hence to develop and design effective training programs to sustain the organizational development Develop and review the training policies and guidelines as well as streamline the procedures for operational excellence Source and evaluate the training consultancy services as well as determine the material and content designs are consistent with the training objectives Evaluate and measure the learning outcome and training effectiveness for necessary enhancement Perform projection of training budget of each program as well as assist in monitoring the expen...
