Retail Supervisor

About the role

We’re seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Reading Oxford Road store. You will be a key holder and responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, training new staff, supporting scheduling rotas, and ensuring store safety.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, guide and support colleagues to achieve the best customer experience.
• Maintain store appearance and order, fulfil orders, and ensure customers receive assistance.
• Manage early and late shifts (store opens 7am–8pm).
• Support scheduling rotas and act as a key holder.
• Prioritise safety in all activities.

Requirements

Supervisory experience (team of 2–10). Passion for customer service. Ability to train new members.

Benefits

• Wage: £12.86 per hour for ages 21+, £12.13 for 18–20, £9.35 under 18.
