RETAIL SUPERVISOR - DINING SERVICES

Job Summary:

Ithaca College Dining Services is seeking a Retail Outlet Supervisor. These individuals are leaders in the units who deliver outstanding customer service, help customers navigate Grubhub, and support the unit in setup, supply and product maintenance, cleanup and closedown.

Supervision:

This position reports to the Assistant Manager for Satellite Retail.

Job Responsibilities:


+ Lead operations and student staff in day-to-day operations.

+ Provide outstanding customer service to students, staff, faculty, and guests.   

+ Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.   

+ Fulfill customer orders via Grubhub: receive orders; complete orders accurately to customer specification and with high service rate; package orders; identify ready orders for customers and ensure their receipt of order.

+ Prepare food and beverage orders with swiftness and accuracy.
