Retail Store Team Leader

The starting salary range for this position is $67,000 - $74,000 based on qualifications and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, as we are open to discussing compensation commensurate with a highly experienced individual's value.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Store Team Leader role is responsible for all leadership responsibilities at an assigned Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) store location, including but not limited to hiring, development, store profit and loss reporting, merchandising, and executing operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Store Team Leader role leads and develops all associates in their team in line with the overall philosophy of the company, including store associates and the store leadership team.
