Cape Town – Table Bay: My client, an established company within the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly organised, hands-on, and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy retail environment. This role is ideally suited to an experienced retail professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in driving sales, stock control, and team performance.
Purpose of the Role: To take full responsibility for the effective management and performance of the retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, achievement of sales targets, effective stock control, staff development, and the protection of company assets and brand standards.
