Retail Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target
• Previous experience in department store or mall retail preferred but not required
• Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX
• Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
• Monitor merchandise movement.
• Ensure availability of items at all times such as, Basic never out items
• Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity.
