We are currently recruiting multiple Site Managers on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a major retail roll-out programme across the South of England.

This is a fast-track programme with work spanning multiple locations, with Swindon acting as the central point. Projects will extend south into Dorset and north towards Warwickshire, so flexibility to travel across the patch is essential.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of retail refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing site operations from start to completion
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Maintaining health & safety standards
