Canna Cabana is actively seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Retail Full‑Time Shift Leader. The role focuses on supervising daily store operations and supporting the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in supervising and facilitating daily store operations.
• Oversee Store Manager responsibilities in their absence; manage key personnel and resolve customer service issues.
• Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates.
• Ensure store conditions consistently meet established standards.
• Assist with staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Act as the sales and customer service leader/role model when the Store Manager or ASM is absent; greet and assist customers professionally.
