About the Role

As Retail Sales Manager, you’ll lead our retail team, be responsible for our retail store, and drive sales of our tourism experiences, including exclusive Trekking, Star Gazing, and Glacier Explorer boat trips.

This role is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a team culture that reflects the values of the Hermitage and the spirit of Aoraki/Mount Cook.
