Responsibilities

1. Comply with store house rules, regulations and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
2. Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity.
3. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the merchandise display in the store cabinets/showcases.
4. Welcome customers to the store, promote & offer products and answer queries.
5. Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and help customers explore available options.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
7. Generate sales based on sales target. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
8. Maintain record, concerns and feedback from customers.
9. Handle inquiries and complaints from the customer regarding the product and coordinate urgently with Head office or immediate supervisor/manager.
