Retail Sales Assistant (España)

Haris Cotton is looking for a sales assistant for their Mallorca Old Town (Center) store location.

Contract: FIJO DISCONTINUO, 40 HOURS PER WEEK.

Sales assistants will provide direct assistance to customers, be knowledgeable of the inventory to offer accurate product information, promote the brand, and increase sales. Responsibilities include locating products, placing orders and holds, processing transactions, and keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked.

Duties and responsibilities

• Catering to customers.
• Upselling and cross‑selling.
• Analyzing, consolidating, and forwarding daily action summaries to the manager.
• Managing inventory.
• Arranging visual merchandise in the shop.
• Maintaining a positive attitude towards the sales team and customers.

Requirements and qualifications

• A proven track record of working in retail sales.
