What you will be doing...

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and ensure their needs are met.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and offer helpful product advice.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, safe, and well-presented at all times.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and boost sales.
• Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate tills confidently and handle transactions in line with company policies.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations.
• Handle customer queries and elevate complaints when needed.
