Maximize rental and occupancy for properties in the company's portfolio. Secure new tenancies, manage lease renewals, and work with property agents. Conduct market research on competitors, rental benchmarks, and occupancy costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing. 3-4 years of experience in marketing and leasing. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and network of contacts. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. RES License preferred (Company will sponsor the course/exam if needed).
