Retail Part Time Team Member - Dalby

With store conversions and a refreshed customer experience ahead, our store teams play an important role in delivering everyday value to customers.

We’re looking for a Part Time Team Leader to support our store teams and regularly step into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll lead shifts more frequently, support day-to-day store operations, and guide team members to deliver great customer experiences — particularly during periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store.

This role is well suited to someone on a pathway toward retail management, with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles. Training and development will be provided to support you in building your leadership capability.
