Retail Operations Intern

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented Retail Operations Intern to join our Stockholm‑based Retail team for a minimum period of 6 months, either asap or as of Fall. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain first‑hand insight into retail operations and performance management within the Beauty & Fragrance industry, while supporting the retail organization across stores.

As an intern, you will work closely with the Retail team and support day‑to‑day activities related to store operations, retail performance analytics, and internal coordination. You will be guided by experienced retail professionals and gain a practical understanding of how retail performance, store operations, and business insights are managed within a commercial organisation.
