Retail Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

To support WonderLab's (Skincare Brand) retail business operations by managing daily store activities, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and driving sales performance across assigned key accounts (e.g., R Pharmacy, SOGO, and new retail partners). The Retail Executive ensures that WonderLab's merchandising, promoter operations, and retail branding are consistently aligned with company standards and deliver a strong consumer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Store Operations & Field Management

• Monitor and manage daily store operations across assigned retail partners to ensure sales objectives and brand standards are met.
• Conduct routine store visits to review promoter performance, shelf presentation, tester condition, and stock sufficiency.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them against the ERP system to minimize shrinkage (lost or stolen items).
