The role involves daily store operations, customer data management and post‑sales service, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist with daily display set up and breakdown, ensuring that products are stored safely at close of day.
• Capture accurate customer data and maintain system integrity.
• Support the sales team by managing post‑sales service, repair processes and valuation requests.
• Adhere to all Anstett policies and procedures, including security, repairs and after‑sales services.
• Maintain a clean, polished store environment that reflects the brand’s legacy.
