We are looking for a Retail Operations and Performance Manager to lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across our retail estate. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring our stores operate efficiently, commercially, and consistently, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximising sales, productivity, and profitability.

Working in close partnership with our stores, field leadership teams, and Head Office functions, you'll use performance insights, regular store visits, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and remove barriers to success. You'll lead the implementation of new initiatives, embed sustainable improvements, and build capability across the retail estate to drive consistency, reduce stock loss, strengthen execution, and create a high-performing retail operation.
