Retail Omni Strategy Manager

Position Summary

TrueTimber Outdoors is currently seeking an experienced Retail Omni Strategy Manager. As the Retail Omni Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our omni commerce strategy across Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, Lowe’s, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and future retail partners.

You will serve as the company’s lead for Omni shelf excellence, marketplace optimization, retailer collaboration, and omnichannel growth initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Creative Services, Operations, Finance, and IT, you will ensure our brands are easy to find, easy to shop, and positioned for long-term success with our retail partners.
