Retail Manager

Bakers Pantry is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily retail operations of the bakery, leading staff, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

This role is suitable for someone with strong retail and hospitality experience, good leadership skills, and the ability to manage a busy bakery retail environment.
