Job Description

Role Purpose 
The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's retail business across direct/stand-alone stores. The role oversees retail strategy, sales performance, store expansion, visual merchandising, operations excellence, people management, and customer experience to ensure achievement of business objectives and sustainable growth. 
Key Responsibilities 
 Business Planning & Retail Strategy 
Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion. 
Monitor and analyze sales performance, productivity metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 
Responsible for sales tracking, retail performance analysis, sales forecasting, and achievement of business targets and KPIs.
