Retail Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of 50+ Retail stores across the country
• Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts
• Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores
• Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
• Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams
• Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams
• Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate + MBA (Pref) with 15+ years experience in Managing the retail business of any reputed FOOTWEAR Category.
