About The Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate leader and experienced manager to join us in the role of Retail Manager at Fremantle IGA, supporting our continued success and making a difference in the local community.

The role will primarily focus on all aspects of the store to maximize sales turnover, profit, customer satisfaction, and staff recruitment, engagement, development, performance, and retention.
