REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 (Matric).

A relevant tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.

Management and/or Sales qualifications will be advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management.

Minimum of 3 years' experience managing multiple retail stores or branches.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience within the furniture, home décor, or related retail industry will be advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Experience with retail management systems.

Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
