Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store operations and guide staff activities
• Conduct training for associates on service and sales techniques
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints
• Maintain effective fill-in processes on the sales floor
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• Preferred 3-6 months of retail experience
• Proficient in MS Office and POS technology
