Retail Key Account Specialist [VizMin]

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: The Key Account Specialist is responsible for overall client satisfaction, the processing of orders for the company’s products, expediting and coordinating the flow of work within or between internal departments, and reviewing agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to the company's rates, rules, and regulations.

The Key Account specialist serves as a primary contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring brands are represented in a professional, positive manner.

Job Responsibilities: Monitors key account vendor portals for orders, invoicing, and advanced shipping notices Grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the products and services provided and continuously identifying new business opportunities for key clients.
