RETAIL EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Position

Retail Performance: • Partner with the Managing Director / Commercial Leader to shape annual commercial strategies, including sales forecasting, market opportunity assessment, and resource allocation planning • Translate complex retail performance data into actionable business insights; maintain dynamic performance dashboards and executive-level reporting materials that inform strategic decision-making.） • Identify and promote best retail practices across regions, lead benchmarking and analysis of competitor retail experiences. • Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales improvement plans, identifying revenue growth opportunities. • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, optimize teamwork, and enhance problem-solving capabilities. • Monitor and optimize retail KPIs to improve store productivity. • Work with Marketing, CRM, and other departments to propose and support retail-related marketing activities and service enhanc...
