Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Development Specialist based in San Juan del Monte. The role involves developing and executing retail strategies to enhance product presence, increase sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Site Acquisition & Research: Conducting market studies, evaluating foot traffic, and assessing demographic viability to identify profitable new store locations.
• Lease Negotiations: Securing and negotiating commercial space leases with landlords and lessors.
• Project Management: Coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure new store construction meets budget and deadlines.
• Compliance & Permits: Securing necessary business permits, licenses, and ensuring brand compliance before opening, including setting up and management of POS.
