Serving as a key liaison between Corporate Leadership, Retail Operations, Information Technology, field leadership, and store teams, this role drives the development, implementation, and execution of front-end operational strategies, process improvements, and technology initiatives.

This position is responsible for optimizing checkout efficiency, customer satisfaction, labor productivity, compliance, and operational consistency. Through cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and project leadership, the Retail Corporate Front-End Operations Manager leads system implementations and process improvements that increase efficiency, profitability, and the overall Outfitter and customer experience.
