Retail Banking Project Manager

Pay Range: $83,964.00 - $111,959.00



Responsible for the effective leadership, management, and implementation of key strategic Retail Banking related projects. Plans, coordinates, and effectively executes in a timely and collaborative manner. Has the ability to recruit highly capable project teams and deliver optimal results within budgetary considerations. Responsible to maintain broad institutional and industry knowledge and have the ability to lead multiple project simultaneously. Collaborates closely with all members of the Retail Banking team.


Education and Experience:

+ 4 year college degree

+ 5 years retail banking experience

+ Project management experience

+ Ability to function in a fast paced, diverse, and ever changing environment

+ Maintains broad & in-depth industry and institutional knowledge

+ Maintains strong communication & presentation skills
