• Guide customers through styling and personalising high‑fashion frames with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote our product range.
• Support day‑to‑day retail operations and maintain store presentation.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred; optical experience is a plus.
