We are hiring immediately for a retail associate – keyholder at Best Buy, also known as a solutions advisor – keyholder.
No experience required; your everyday use of technology has already given you a strong foundation, and we’ll provide the training you need to assist our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work in all areas of the store to provide a complete customer experience, from finding the perfect product to setting up services and processing transactions.
- Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge.
- Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries.
- Respond to customer escalations and other events when the store leader is absent.
