RETAIL ASSISTANT

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our store in the Bay of Plenty region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive retail environment.

Shift requirements: 30–45 hours per week, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and general enquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods.
• Receive, unpack, and display stock in accordance with store standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
