Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stock‑takes, and meticulously perform all price‑integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and swarm to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
