Retail Allocations Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Retail Allocations Manager to lead the inventory distribution strategy across UK and European retail stores.

You'll be responsible for ensuring optimal product mix and availability at store level, working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, and Store Operations teams. A key part of this role is managing and developing a team of allocators to support performance and growth.

What Youll Need
Experience leading a team in an allocations or merchandising function
Strong retail math and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Excel and retail systems
A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
