Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager for our Retail segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail partners, ensuring their success on the Deliveroo platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth. The candidate must focus on operational excellence while being commercially driven to grow the business. You will report to Oussama Zeinab (On Demand Convenience Lead) and you will be based in our Kuwait office where we are operating on a hybrid model where you will come into the office at least 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring their satisfaction with Deliveroo's services.
