Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management

  2. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

  3. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  4. Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  5. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  6. Ensure outlet meets sales targets and cost control objectives.

  7. Staff Supervision & Leadership

  8. Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff (servers, kitchen crew, cashiers).

  9. Prepare duty rosters in compliance with:
  10. Maximum 45 working hours per week
  11. One rest day per week
  12. Overtime limits as stipulated under the Employment Act 1955
  13. Monitor staff attendance and discipline.
  14. Conduct on-the-job training and coaching.
  15. Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation.
