Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Ensure outlet meets sales targets and cost control objectives.
Staff Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff (servers, kitchen crew, cashiers).
- Prepare duty rosters in compliance with:
- Maximum 45 working hours per week
- One rest day per week
- Overtime limits as stipulated under the Employment Act 1955
- Monitor staff attendance and discipline.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching.
Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation.
