RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - RESTAURANT & FUNCTIONS



Our client is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and experienced Operations Manager.



Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg

Salary: R35,000

Essential Qualifications:



5-10 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations

Senior management experience

Computer literacy

Own transport & valid driver's license

Strong command of English (verbal and written)



Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Standards:

Manage all FOH/BOH operations across all shifts

Maintain and enforce company service and operational standards

Conduct systematic checks of all front of house areas

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and SA legislation



People Management:

Coach, supervise and develop restaurant managers and future leaders

Conduct performance appraisals and hold staff accountable
