Restaurant Manager/Cook

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager and a Cook to work at Bistro and Bar Corporation Limited T/A ELMO'S Italian Pizza Bar in Auckland.

Restaurant Manager is expected to work a minimum of 32-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Cook is expected to work a minimum of 32-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Pay Rate: $30- $35 (Restaurant Manager)
$25.50- $ 28 ( Cook)

Restaurant Manager Duties:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Recruit, train, supervise and support staff to maintain high standards of customer service and performance.
3. Ensure customers receive excellent service and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
