Job Description

1. Sales Monitoring – Monitor daily and weekly sales target achievement, as well as average spending per guest (spending per pax) at Café & Ciao Gio.
2. Upselling Strategy – Oversee upselling conversion performance (target: 15%) and daily outlet capture rate.
3. Quality Control – Conduct weekly internal audits to ensure compliance with Safety & Hygiene standards, with a minimum compliance target of 90%.
4. Reputation Management – Manage customer reviews (Google Reviews) to maintain a rating of 4.8 and ensure prompt resolution and recovery of customer complaints.
5. Cost Control – Perform quarterly recipe card audits to maintain Food COGS at 30% and Beverage COGS at 18%.
6. OPEX Management – Optimize utility and operational supply usage to keep cost variance below 25%.
