Restaurant Manager

Job Description

• DAE / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food Services is preferred.
• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Branch Manager in a reputable fast-food or dine-in hospitality setup.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and basic MS Excel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Train, supervise, and motivate floor staff, cashiers, and kitchen team.
